I am Gordo, The Merely Fantastic. I watch over groups of adventurous mortals and demi-gods in several game formats. (usually not at the same time.) I use the standard AD&D the most but oversee Dark Sun, Hollow World, Rifts & Shadowrun as well. Hollow World is my personal favorite. AD&D Picture this in your mind..... The party is in a cavern, looking for an unknown (to them) artifact needed to quash some baddies in a nearby town. Things get really dark all the sudden. the Halfing thief takes this opportunity to scrounge around. He finds a secret door. with out telling any one he goes inside. Once inside he closes the door behind himself so he can light a torch. As he is getting the torch out of his back pack he hears crunching beneath his feet like he is standing on very dry twigs, a hand rests upon his shoulder, he soils himself, as he turns a red light slowly fills the room which he can now tell is filled with scattered bones of all types. Two bright red eyes are staring straight into his soul, but that's all he can see, no hand? He starts to think about what he has gotten himself intojust as the rest of the dragon materializes and....the rest is dinner. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
